- How do I sign up?
Simply login to your account by clicking on “Sign In” on the top right corner of the screen. The link opens up a page for creating account for new customers. Sign up is just one page away from this, click on “Create An Account” and fill basic details. You can use guest user functionality as well for placing the order.
- How do product reviews work?
Login to your account and select the perfume which you want to review. Click on “Write A Review” and rate the product.
- How do I change my password?
Don’t worry! The password can be changed by “login in” to your account using email address & password or registered mobile number and password. Login opens up a new page, enter old password and new password.
- How do I delete my account?
No, the account cannot be deleted once registered.
- How do I change my account settings?
Login with your registered mobile number or email address. Enter new details on the follow-up page verified by registered mobile number.
- I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
No worries! Click on “Sign In” on the top right corner of the page. Select forgot password on the follow-up page and reset password either using registered mobile number or email address.
- Can I have an invoice for my subscription?
Yes! You can check your invoice details in “My Subscription” after login in your account.
- Why did my credit card or UPI payment fail?
Please retry making the payment after ensuring that the information, such as account number, CVV and passwords, entered is correct. If your payment still fails, contact firstname.lastname@example.org
- I did multiple payment on one purchase, what should I do?
Don’t worry! Please raise your query to email@example.com. We will charge payment per purchase and remaining amount will be refunded to you within 72 hours.
- How can I access my account profile?
Login with your registered mobile number or email address. You can view or change your account profile by selecting “My Account” under your name on the top right corner.
- What should I do if my order hasn't been delivered yet?

Once the order is confirmed, it takes 2-4 days to deliver the order.
- When will I be able to track my order?
As soon as your perfume has shipped, you’ll receive your order tracking details over registered email-ID and mobile number until the order is delivered. Just click on the link and it will take you to your shipping dashboard.
